By accessing or using the services provided by ITL India ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ITL India provides international logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or rate quotes provided to you. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your shipments and business.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including export/import controls and customs requirements.
  • Ensure that cargo is properly packed and clearly labeled in accordance with industry standards.
  • Pay all fees and charges associated with the services in a timely manner.

4. Liability and Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as set forth in the applicable international conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention) or our standard trading conditions. We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive cargo insurance for all shipments. ITL India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Payments and Billing

Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and government charges associated with your shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ITL India and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon/New Delhi, India.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
